This combination (Tubeless + Mousse ) allows Mousse to not be stressed, it will be an air buffer between the mousse and the tyre… that it will ensure a proper isolation allowing the mousse to resist and not be stressed by the temperature and the friction.
The advantage of this solution is that you will be able to do on/off road ,having full flexibility to ride in all environment . You will have also the advantage of tubeless in case of flat tyre and of mousse in case to not be able to repair the Tyre …. in any case you will be able to continue your riding until the next stop without main issue .
Mirco and Fabio have experience that this solutions can be used up to 10.000km without any main consumptions of the mousse also in highway. Mirco did from Italy to Dakar and the mousse it was still new/fresh (7000km)
